Threshold of a Dream
The winds of change blew softly
Upon the bouncing curls of sea
And for all directions nightly
They shimmered just for me.
All shades of green, from jade
to peacock and the purest sea hue
They shifted and they changed,
Just for you.
Now, for all we know and all we'd seen,
The places we had been,
We could have just been standing,
On the threshold of a dream.
